A revised draft Strategy has been introduced setting out the position of empty homes in the District and the tools available to the Council to help bring empty homes back into use. A survey of owners of empty properties was also undertaken in July 2021, the results of which are also attached to this consultation. As part of the consultation we will be writing to all parish councils in the District but would also value comments from individuals regarding the Strategy.
