The following planning applications were considered at the meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee held on Monday 18 December 2023 at 10am at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne.
- Up to 34 new homes as a Social Housing Rural Exception Site on land to the rear of 38 Histon Road, Cottenham.

Decision: Approved - Variation of planning condition to allow a maximum of up to 63, rather than 59, caravans at Waterbeach Court, Denny End Road, Waterbeach.

Decision: Refused - The demolition of an existing garage and erection of a new home at 9 Longstanton Road, Oakington.
