January 2024 Planning Committee

The following planning applications were considered at the meeting of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee held on Wednesday 17 January 2024 at 10am at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne.   

• 256 new homes, including 102 affordable properties, along with the change of use of the existing marketing suite to a café, on land to the south of the pond at Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne.

  Decision: Approved
   
• A greenhouse, summerhouse, garden shed, and bicycle shed, and the removal of an old shed, at Whitehall, 9 Chapel Lane, Fowlmere.
  Applicant: Cllr Dr James Hobro
  Decision: Approved
   
• The demolition of agricultural buildings, and the construction of five homes at Rose Villa, Little Heath, Gamlingay.
  Applicant: Mr S Stewart
  Decision: Approved
   
• Up to five self-build properties on land north of David’s Lodge, Old North Road, Bourn.
  Applicant: Craig Huber
  Decision: Approved
